Fantastic group of people to work with, if I could give 6 stars I would. They helped me out with a very short notice booking for a work function with AV and live streaming. Great customer service taking the time to understand my requirements and happy to make changes as we went through the truncated process. Bump in was smooth at the venue, the staff knew what they were doing and how to do it. The sound and streaming went perfectly. Great value for money and peace of mind with experts looking after the AV and not a novice like me! The equipment used was discrete so the room didn't look like a movie set. They were also happy to answer very basic questions from me without making me feel silly. All in all I would highly recommend and would definitely use JP Light & Sound again.

Jack was the most incredible DJ at our wedding! We have not stopped hearing 10/10 reviews from our guests. The dancefloor didn’t even need ‘opening’, as the guests made it onto the dancefloor before main course was served.

What an incredibly well-run, friendly, accommodating and professional business. Every single person I spoke to went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly, even when there were a couple of oversights on my end.

I’ve been dealing with some health-related challenges that can cause a bit of brain fog and memory issues, and Frank supported me with patience, kindness and zero hesitation. His understanding made the whole process so much easier, I appreciate it more than I can say.

Really positive experience working with these professionals. It's worth supporting a business like this, else Adelaide gets stuck with the likes on Novatech, who are not so good.
I'm very happy with the service and the equipment, and the team at JP Light and Sound has made it much easier to successfully plan an event.

We used JP Light & Sound for our new store opening. They were absolutely fantastic! The quote and booking system was straightforward and easy. They considered our requirements and tailored their offering to suit. The DJ came in, set up and played her part in what was a great day. When organising an event, there are many moving parts - JP Light & Sound gave us the confidence they had their 'part' under control and this proved to be. We'll be using them again and I couldn't recommend them more highly.
